• That Celina and Stephanie Yavelow deserve to be restored to their loving home and their loving father. This is what they, themselves desire.
• That Celina and Stephanie Yavelow will experience the absolute minimal amount of change and disruption in their lives if they are restored to the home they grew up in with their father.

• That I, Christopher Yavelow, the father of Celina and Stephanie, have been the primary care-giver, love-giver, and nurturer for Celina and Stephanie for a very long time.
• That I, Christopher Yavelow, the father of Celina and Stephanie, have been protecting the children from their mother as she fell deeper and deeper into her pathological lying, madness, and under the influence of the most destructive and dangerous new age cult fanaticism.

• That Monique, who has publicly stated on hundreds of occasions that “the children were accidents” is not fit to take care of Celina and Stephanie.
• That Monique, a victim of sexual molestation when she was a child, has for nearly a year been sexually molesting at least one of the two children.
• That Monique, starting about 8 months after her mother died (i.e., starting about a year before she abducted the children), has become progressively more sexually aberrant until she was not satisfied with sex unless she could inflict extreme sadistic violence, cause pain, and preferably draw blood. She found an outlet for this behavior by becoming progressively more involved with cults that extoll such practices.
• That Monique is away from home an average of 63% of the waking hours of every weekday, and when weekends are taken into consideration, she is gone an average of 55 hours each week. And that she continues to seek more work and other self-gratifying activities to keep her out of the home ever longer.
• That throughout 1998, Monique has become a pathological liar and this has forced us to have many discussions about “mommy’s lying problem” with the children (and in the presence of Monique).
• That Monique, through her escalating involvement in new age beliefs since 1995, has become a danger to the children’s health and well-being. Since having become heavilly involved in “Bach-Flower Remedies” (Bach-Bloesem Therapie) and, subsequently, SHY (“Spiritual Human Yoga,” a Human Universal Energy cult of Luong Minh Dang), two practices that have no documented medical effectiveness, she has refused to follow any doctor’s recommendations for the health of the children, refused to give them prescribed medicine, preferring to give them a drop of flower essence or wave her hands over their heads to “give them healing energy.” SHY is a “doomsday” cult (risk of mass suicide) whose founder is wanted by the police in Belgium and who fled to America in June of 1999.
• That since 1992 Monique’s new-age fanaticism led her to force the children to attend the anit-Christian Rudolf Steiner School in which children are brainwashed into the cult of Anthroposophy and in late 1998 Monique’s new age mysticism led her to embrace Satanism and Wicca. The latter is a very secretive and dangerous cult of man-hating Satanic worshipers. And this involvement along with her involvement with her mentor, the Wicca Priestess Liduina Deering caused her to destroy this family and continue the process of the spiritual destruction of the children and their calculated conversion into man-hating lesbians.
• That Monique realized that the Wicca cult fit into her picture of reality perfectly: Founded in England (after the repeal of British laws against witchcraft in 1951) by Gerald Gardner and based upon the writings of notorious Satanist Aleister Crowley, Wicca centers on child molestation, sexual sadomasochism, man-hating lesbianism, casting “spells”, lying in order to “bend or turn” reality (the Oxford English Dictionary defines “wicca” as “to bend, to turn”), and ultimately to embrace the Satanic Bible by Anton Szandor LaVey.
• That her her sexual molestation of at least one of our daughters, aberrant sexual demands of her husband, her increased lying (including teaching the children that disnonesty is often justified), and total rejection of Christianity are all characteristics of her escalating involvement in Satanism.
• That between 6 November and 24 December 1998, Monique destroyed our family in an attempt to make our relationship “die” in a pathetic re-creation of her mother’s death exactly 666 days after her mother’s death (the stroke that led to her mother’s death occured on 8 January, 1997 and her mother died on 26 February 1997). Believing that “666” is the “Satan’s number” she believed she was invoking Satanic powers by structuring the death of our family in such a way.

I will establish these facts through conclusive and irrefutable evidence in the form of documents, many in Monique’s own handwriting, transcriptions of tape recordings from Monique’s therapists as well as the recordings themselves, video testimony, testimony from the children, references from books, Monique’s agendas and work schedules, and detailed analyses of these various types of evidence.
At this point, it is simply a matter of how fast I can scan and upload the documents.
