Mission Statement

The Stolen Children Network provides information and resources for the left-behind parents of American children who have been abducted by a non-American spouse with governmental complicity. In many cases these children have essentially been stolen by a foreign country using the Hague Convention as a weapon. Parental child abduction is a form of child abuse. *There are many organizations and websites concerned with abducted children. This is understandable because there are between 1,000 and 2,000 parental child abductions every day in the United States of America.Recognizing that there is a booming child abduction "industry" being perpetrated by European mothers and Arabian fathers, we wish to limit our focus to this particular segment of the rapidly growing problem: international parental abductions of American children by foreign spouses of which there are approximately 2000 per year.The Stolen Children Network is particularly interested in the left-behind parents of internationally abducted children who have been abducted to or with the assistance of cult-like organizations, who are incest victims, who are abuse victims, who were abducted with misguided help from the US government, or through aid of a foreign government whether intentional or not, and who are Christian children suffering religious persecution by way of the abduction.Finally, we are interested in cases in which one or both countries have violated The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, The European Convention on Human Rights, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, or any other similar international treaties concerning children's rights.This site is dedicated to Celina Yavelow (14) and Stephanie Yavelow (11) (Javascript disabled? Then click here), both native-born American citizens, who had spent more than half their lives in the United States when they were abducted to a cult in the Netherlands by their Swiss mother, Monique Fasel, days ago. A classic example of Parent Alienation Syndrome, Monique Fasel has vowed to totally remove Celina and Stephanie Yavelow's father Christopher Yavelow from their lives, absolutely, and forever. Because of her perverse relationship with her own father (see above) that has been confirmed by her therapist (see above) she sickly imagines that this is in the best interests of the children. Many additional sexual reasons probably contribute to Fasel's state of mind. Tape recordings of Fasel's therapy sessions with Pat Allan are very telling. Parental Abduction is Child Abuse (Nancy Faulkner, Ph.D, presented to the United Nations Convention on Child Rights, June 9, 1999). Monique Fasel has completely removed Celina and Stephanie's father from their lives. She maliciously pollutes their minds about their father, their country, and their religion. When Yavelow and his children attempted to have a fair trial in America (in lieu of the corrupt justice system of the Netherlands), with her present, and proposed, as has continually proposed, that she have unlimited access to the Yavelow children, Fasel chose instead to abduct the children and continue to use them as a weapon against Yavelow, and to continue her practice of ex parte legal hearings.
