MARYLAND SIDES WITH CULT, TELLS YAVELOW CHILDREN: GET OUT OF AMERICA!

The United States -- October 21, 1999 -- The violation of Christopher Yavelow's children's rights continues to escalate. Today, through a third party in the legal community, Yavelow received word from AUSA Andrew White, the federal prosecutor in Baltimore working with the FBI on his case. Allegedly, White stated it very strongly: "The Yavelows would be best advised to get out of the United States for good."

On Thursday, Yavelow received the message loud and clear through a roundabout chain of people. Andrew White told another lawyer who told someone else and so forth, "If you have any way to get a message to Yavelow tell him this." Soon, the message did arrive, albeit via several intermediaries: "Tell Christopher that he has a window of opportunity in this case. If he'll take the children back to the Netherlands we'll drop all the charges, both state and federal. Otherwise, if the FBI finds him, we're going to charge him with kidnapping and everything that entails," which is life imprisonment according to Yavelow's research.

That is, if they don't shoot him first. They've designed the manhunt so that many of the "wanted" posters falsely indicate that Yavelow might be armed. In reality, Yavelow, a pacifist, has never been in the same room with a firearm. Of course, publicizing the case this way gives law enforcement agents a veritable "license to shoot on sight."

Again, according to federal prosecutor Andrew White's alleged message, by way of a third party, "The FBI are going after him in a mighty way. They are giving top priority to this case and will devote as many resources and men to catching him as are required. Whatever it takes, we'll get him!" There's no mistaking the meaning: "Get out and don't come back!"

Further, by quoting information known only to Yavelow and small number of friends and relatives, White unwittingly revealed that those people had their phones and/or email accounts "tapped." Last month, in a similar blunder, Fasel revealed that law enforcement agents were tampering with Yavelow's mother's US Postal mail in an attempt to locate him and his daughters.

Since the middle of September, Yavelow and his daughters Celina (14), Stephanie (11) have been relentlessly pursued throughout the United States by Yavelow's estranged Swiss wife, Monique Fasel, a new-age cult-fanatic who wants to remove the two American children from the United States forever and take them to the Netherlands to participate in her cult activities (Anthroposophy, Long Minh Dang, and Wicca witchcraft). Among other things, she has vowed to remove the children's father and their American citizenship from their lives forever.

Surprisingly, Fasel is not a citizen or legal resident of the United States (nor is Fasel even her legal name). Conversely, Christopher, Celina, and Stephanie Yavelow are American-born U.S. citizens who have spent more than half of their lives here. The children have no desire to return to a foreign country and language; they desperately want to stay here.

Last month, Fasel had a specious Dutch document translated into an American custody order by Judge John O. Hennegan at a private hearing to which neither Yavelow nor his children were invited. This was in Maryland, a state where none of the children or parents are legal residents although Yavelow once lived there 32 years ago. No one thought to authenticate the translated Dutch document provided by Fasel.

Since then, Fasel, a confirmed pedophile, has used the bogus document issued in Maryland to enlist the aid of ABC, NBC, and CBS national TV networks, major American newspapers such as the Baltimore Sun and the Mobile Register, the Center for Missing Children, Interpol, an army of state police and private detectives, and the FBI, including their famous "Most Wanted" List. She is funding her crusade with millions hidden in numbered Swiss bank accounts -- money that mysteriously appeared shortly after the disclosure of the Swiss-Nazi money-laundering scandal.

By last count, more than a thousand people are now involved in the nationwide effort to force these American children to leave the country of their birth and citizenship. According to an article in the September 1999 issue of Readers Digest entitled "America's Stolen Children" (by Daniel Levine), this has happened to 13,000 American children, often with similarly misguided FBI help. So many Americans like Celina and Stephanie have been stolen by foreign countries with the aid of the U.S. government that the Senate is looking into the matter. Andrew White's suggestion to bring the matter back to the Dutch courts is a sure way for Yavelow and The United States of America to lose Celina and Stephanie forever. Yavelow has already seen the Dutch courts refuse to consider psychological examinations of his daughter and wife confirming sexual abuse by the mother. He's seen the Dutch courts, in the name of over-zealous tolerance, force his children to participate in new age rituals and prevent them from attending church. He's seem them sanction his wife's sabotage of their American citizenship. And he's painfully watched the courts systematically remove him from his children's lives because he had the audacity to deliver letters from them to the court in which they begged to be allowed to return home to their father. Father's caring about their children is a relatively new concept for the Netherlands, where it wasn't until 1990 that fathers were even granted any parental visitation rights at all, and shockingly, is was not until 1998 that a joint custody policy was incoporated into the laws!

The Netherlands, like many European countries, has no concept of "contempt of court" and therefore, Yavelow has no remedies if the children are sent back. In fact, if the FBI return Celina and Stephanie to the Netherlands, they will be removing Yavelow, the children's father, from their lives forever.

Meanwhile, Christopher continues to insulate his daughters from this outrageous campaign to banish them from their rightful home. They continue to try to live normal lives at an undisclosed location.

Celina and Stephanie Yavelow, who have been forced by Fasel to attend an Anthroposophic cult school in the Netherlands for the past six years, had always dreamed of attending American schools. Last month when Yavelow tried to enroll them in public schools in Fairhope, Alabama, the FBI prevented that dream from coming true. Now Yavelow, an award-winning Harvard-educated composer and author with six graduate degrees, is home-schooling the children. Fortunately, the children haven't reached their unit on the Bill of Rights so they wouldn't yet understand what an atrocious violation of their first, sixth, and fourteenth Amendment Rights law enforcement agents are currently imposing upon them.

The children have one message to their pursuers: "Please leave us alone!"
